Gleb joined Pala Assets in 2022. He focuses on fundamental credit research of high yield issuers across different sectors in both developed and emerging markets.

Before joining Pala Assets, he was analyst and portfolio manager at the proprietary bond desk of VTB Europe. He started his career as bank credit research analyst at Raiffeisen Bank International.

Gleb graduated with a specialist degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück.
